Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of animal model modeling. The invention provides a construction method of a tumor intramembrane ossification bone invasion animal model, which comprises the following steps: (1) mixing a single-cell tumor suspension with matrigel to prepare a tumor suspension; and (2) injecting the tumor suspension prepared in the step (1) into a position 0.1-0.3 cm below an adventitia of a skull center seam of an animal. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the modeling of the bone invasion animal with the ossified bone in the tumor membrane is carried out, and the modeling success rate and the modeling uniformity are obviously improved.
