Gene editing genetic transformation vectors aiming at rice flowering control genes DTH7 and DTH8 are designed and constructed, rice is transformed by an agrobacterium-mediated method, simultaneous multiple editing of nucleotide sequences of a regenerated plant DTH7 gene target region and a DTH8 gene target region is realized, the gene editing efficiency reaches up to 100%, and the gene editing efficiency reaches up to 100%.
