Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of animal molecular biology, and relates to a primer group and an identification method for identifying a parent-child relationship of schizothorax gigantea, and the method comprises the following steps: 1) collecting DNA of a schizothorax gigantea individual to be identified and DNA of a suspected parent fin ray sample; 2) taking the DNA as a template, and performing PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) amplification by utilizing a primer group for identifying the parent-child relationship of the schizothorax gigantea to obtain a PCR amplification product; (3) performing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis on a PCR amplification product, and performing silver staining on an electrophoresis result; and 4) analyzing the genetic relationship between the schizothorax gigantea individuals to be identified and the suspected parents by using the Mendel's law of heredity.
