Zusammenfassung: | A preparation method of the high-light-transmittance and high-stability super-hydrophobic self-cleaning coating comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing inorganic nanoparticles and a hydroxylated low-surface-energy polymer to obtain a mixed solution for later use; (2) adding the mixed solution into an isopropanol solution of boric acid, uniformly mixing, and reacting at 85-100 DEG C for 5-15 minutes to obtain transparent composite gel; and (3) coating the transparent composite gel on the surface of a solar photovoltaic panel, and curing at high temperature to obtain the super-hydrophobic self-cleaning coating with high light transmittance and high stability. Based on the synergistic effect of a dynamic cross-linked network structure/inorganic nanoparticles, unification of super-hydrophobicity, high light transmittance and high stability of the coating is achieved, the self-cleaning coating integrating super-hydrophobicity, high light transmittance and high stability fundamentally solves the problem |
