Zusammenfassung: | The invention aims to provide a method for homogeneously synthesizing a metal-covalent organic framework synaptic memristive material at room temperature, belongs to the technical field of two-dimensional covalent organic framework synaptic memristive materials, and solves the problem of poor solubility of a metal complex by using a high-polarity solvent N, N-dimethylformamide. Meanwhile, p-benzene methanesulfonic acid is used as a catalyst of a Schiff base reaction, three copper-based metal-covalent organic frameworks are successfully and rapidly prepared at room temperature, and an efficient method for synthesizing the high-crystallinity metal-covalent organic framework at room temperature is provided; and the defects of low reaction safety and high reaction electric energy consumption of the traditional high-temperature solvent thermal synthesis are overcome.
