The method comprises the step of increasing the expression level of fructose 1, 6-diphosphatase in the microorganism. Research finds that the capacity of the microorganism for producing nucleosides including inosine, guanosine, adenosine, derivatives thereof and the like can be improved by enhancing the expression of fructose 1, 6-diphosphatase in the microorganism.
