Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a catalyst for preparing ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and a preparation method of the catalyst. The catalyst comprises the following raw materials: a magnesium compound; a titanium compound; a composite electron donor; an organic alcohol; a halogenated hydrocarbon; an inert solvent; wherein the composite electron donor comprises a first internal electron donor, a second internal electron donor and a third internal electron donor; in parts by mass, the proportion of the magnesium element in the catalyst is 3-18%, and the proportion of the titanium element in the catalyst is 1-12%. The catalyst is used for ethylene polymerization reaction and has high reaction activity, the viscosity average molecular weight of the prepared ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene is wide in controllable range, accurate control of 2-7 million can be realized, the powder form is good, the particle size is uniform, and the bulk density is high.
