The characteristic that the probe recognizes the A beta fiber is that a'groove 'can be formed in the protein fiber under the action of pi-pi. Based on the characteristic, the BODIPY dimer fluorescent probe provided by the invention has a larger conjugated system, better coplanarity of a conjugated large pi bond and higher rigidity degree, so that the fluorescent property is stronger, and meanwhile, a series of BODIPY fluorescent probes capable of specifically recognizing biomarkers are designed and synthesized by modifying BODIPY with different functional groups.
