The method comprises the following steps: mixing purified terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol, adding a catalyst into a reaction kettle, and carrying out esterification polycondensation reaction under normal pressure and vacuum conditions to form polyethylene glycol terephthalate slices; mixing the slices with a master batch, feeding into an extruder, melting, vacuumizing, and filtering to obtain an auxiliary extrusion melt; conveying the straight melt in the molten state to a metering pump through a pipeline, and filtering to obtain a main extrusion melt; melting and filtering the slices and the offcut to obtain an intermediate melt which is used as a core layer of the highlight base film; converging and extruding a multi-layer composite structure melt; forming a casting piece through a cold roller adsorbed by static electricity; after stretching, co
