The invention provides a method and a system for removing interference information in a text image and related equipment. The method comprises the following steps: identifying a textbox corresponding to a text in a text image to be processed, coordinates of the textbox and coordinates of line segments; extracting a first text sub-image corresponding to the textbox from the to-be-processed text image; determining a background color and a text color based on the proportion of each color in the first text sub-image; replacing colors which are not background colors and not text colors in the first text sub-images with the background colors to obtain corresponding second text sub-images; creating a blank image only containing a background color; and according to the textbox and the coordinates of the line segments, respectively filling the second text sub-image and the line segments into the blank image to obtain a text image without interference information corresponding to the to-be-processed text image.
