Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a power transmission line disaster state monitoring system and method based on deep learning, and the system comprises an area positioning module which is used for obtaining the position of a power transmission line in a preset monitoring area, and an information obtaining module which is used for obtaining winter historical meteorological information of the preset monitoring area. The wire icing monitoring module is used for collecting the ice and snow covering thickness of the surface of the power transmission line, and the fusion calculation unit is used for analyzing and calculating the current and voltage of the surface of the power transmission line under the condition that the surface encounters different ice and snow covering thicknesses. According to the invention, by collecting the historical meteorological conditions of the monitored area in winter and the influence of the previous freezing disasters on the power transmission line, the overall operation state of the power tr
