The carbon nanodot composite material comprises a fiber matrix and carbon nanodots which are loaded on the fiber matrix and are doped with N and P. The carbon nanodots doped with N and P are combined into the fiber matrix, the rigid fiber matrix can effectively inhibit the non-radiative transition rate, and oxygen adsorbed on the surfaces of the carbon nanodots can be desorbed at high temperature, so that the interaction between the carbon nanodots and oxygen is cut off, and heat-enhanced phosphorescence is obtained; the carbon nanodot composite material disclosed by the invention is applied to cold-chain logistics as a cold-chain logistics monitoring label, and has a temperature indication function and an anti-counterfeiting function.
