The method comprises the steps of generating a first boundary vector diagram of each photovoltaic string in a photovoltaic power station according to three-dimensional point cloud data, generating an orthoimage according to image data, generating a second boundary vector diagram of each photovoltaic string by using the orthoimage, and performing fusion processing on the first boundary vector diagram and the second boundary vector diagram of the same photovoltaic string, and according to a matching result and a corresponding relation between the orthoimage and the second boundary vector diagram, mapping texture information in the orthoimage into the terrain three-dimensional model to obtain a three-dimensional model of the photovoltaic power station.
