Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a multi-source SERS (Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering) spectral data fusion method and a weight calculation method thereof. The weight calculation method comprises the following steps: preparing N SERS substrates; preparing standard solutions of detected substances with various standard concentrations; detecting the standard solution of the detected object by using the SERS substrate to obtain a plurality of pieces of spectral data; calculating a mean square error value of each substrate according to the multiple pieces of spectral data; calculating the importance of each substrate according to the mean square error value of each substrate; and normalizing the importance to obtain the weight of each substrate. According to the weight calculation method, the importance of each substrate is calculated by acquiring multiple pieces of spectral data and calculating a mean square error value based on the spectral data, and finally the weight of each substrate is determined according to the i
