The invention relates to the field of sampling, detection and analysis, and provides a sample collecting and processing device and a detection robot, and the sample collecting and processing device comprises a sampling device, a sample preparation device and a sampling device. The sample preparation device comprises a sealed cabin and a heating assembly arranged in the sealed cabin. The sampling device is used for collecting a sample and conveying the sample into the sealed cabin, and the heating assembly is used for heating the sample in the sealed cabin, so that organic matters in the sample in the sealed cabin are volatilized. The sampling device is used for extracting gas in the sealed cabin through the gas taking port, and the extracted gas carries organic matters volatilized from the sample. The sample collecting and processing device provided by the invention can directly heat the collected solid, liquid and/or gas samples so as to volatilize organic matters in the samples, and then the samples are col
