Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of biology, and discloses a method for inducing directional differentiation of bone marrow-derived cells of rabbits and application. The culture medium for inducing the directional differentiation of the rabbit bone marrow-derived macrophages is prepared from the following raw materials: fetal calf serum, a macrophage colony stimulating factor, a receptor-activated nuclear factor kappa B ligand and an RPMI-1640 culture medium. The culture medium can efficiently and directionally induce differentiation of rabbit bone marrow-derived macrophages into osteoclasts.
