The invention discloses a humanized anti-CD24 antibody and application thereof, relates to the technical field of biological medicines, and particularly provides a humanized antibody capable of specifically recognizing CD24 and application thereof. According to the invention, an FR region and a constant region of a murine anti-CD24 monoclonal antibody are replaced by a human CDR which retains a variable region of the murine anti-CD24 monoclonal antibody, so that a series of anti-CD24 humanized monoclonal antibodies are obtained.
