The embodiment of the invention discloses a method for evaluating the quantity value of a wide-distribution particle standard substance. The method comprises the following steps: measuring microsphere particles by adopting a double-magnification static image method; carrying out valuing on the particle size of the microspheres; and evaluating the uncertainty of the microsphere particles.
