Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a projection device and a lamp, and relates to the technical field of projection. The projection device comprises a first projection module, a second projection module, a transmission mechanism and a driving mechanism. The first projection module is used for generating a first projection pattern and comprises a first light source and a first film. The second projection module is used for generating a second projection pattern and comprises a second light source and a second film. The second film pattern is different from the first film pattern, the second projection pattern is different from the first projection pattern, and the second projection pattern and the first projection pattern are superposed on the imaging receiving surface to form a projection image. The transmission mechanism is in transmission connection with the first projection module and the second projection module. And the driving mechanism is connected to the transmission mechanism and is used for driving the transm
