The main structure is two symmetrical directional coupling units DC1 and DC2, when an electrode does not work, an E21 mode is coupled in the DC1 and enters an adjacent waveguide, and an E31 mode is coupled in the DC2 and enters the adjacent waveguide. And when the working voltage in the DC1 is 25.8 V, the coupling of the E21 mode at the DC1 is almost completely inhibited, and when the working voltage in the DC2 is 16.9 V, the coupling of the E31 mode at the DC2 is completely inhibited, so that the reconfigurable differential multiplexing of the waveguide mode is realized, and a choice is provided for a reconfigurable mode division multiplexing network.
