Blockage removal method for wellbore and immediate vicinity of wellbore in gas well

The invention relates to a blockage removing method for a wellbore and a near wellbore zone in a gas well. The blockage removing method comprises the following steps: removing blockage of the wellbore and/or the near wellbore zone; the shaft plug removal comprises first atomization plug removal, first liquid phase plug removal, first soaking and first emptying flowback which are carried out in sequence; the shaft plug removal is carried out at least once, and the solid content of flow-back liquid obtained by the first emptying flow-back is less than or equal to 10mg/L at the end point of the operation; the near wellbore zone plug removal comprises second liquid phase plug removal, second soaking, second emptying and flowback, second atomization plug removal, third soaking and third emptying and flowback which are carried out in sequence; the plug removal of the near wellbore zone is carried out at least once, and the solid content of flow-back liquid obtained by third emptying flow-back is less than or equal
