A first frequency synthesizer and a second frequency synthesizer generate a first output signal and a second output signal based on a reference clock signal respectively; generating a third output signal representing the phase difference between the first output signal and the second output signal through an output arithmetic unit; and adjusting the frequency division multiple of the first frequency synthesizer and/or the second frequency synthesizer according to the third output signal through the synchronous controller of the first frequency synthesizer and/or the synchronous controller of the second frequency synthesizer. According to the phase synchronization control system and the control method, the phase difference of the output signals of the two frequency synthesizers is compared, and then the frequency synthesizers are fed back and adjusted, so that phase synchronization is realized.
