The low-pressure gas storage device is connected with the compressor unit, the compressor unit is connected with the throttle valve, the throttle valve is connected with the gas-liquid separator, the gas-liquid separator is respectively connected with the high-pressure gas storage device and the compressor unit, the high-pressure gas storage device is connected with the turbine unit, and the turbine unit is connected with the low-pressure gas storage device. The heat exchange structure enables carbon dioxide gas at an outlet of a compressor in the compressor unit to be cooled and enables carbon dioxide gas entering a turbine of the turbine unit to be heated.
