Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides application of a beta1 adrenergic receptor blocker in preparation of a medicine for preventing and treating keloid. The invention reveals that the beta1 adrenergic receptor is associated with the occurrence and development of keloids, and the beta1 adrenergic receptor blocker can effectively relieve or treat keloids.
