A method and system for accessing a memory, a cache system and a storage medium are applied to a data cache system, and the method comprises the following steps: receiving an instruction of accessing a data cache by hardware, and judging whether the data cache is hit or not according to a virtual address carried by the instruction; and under the condition that the data cache is hit, reading out or writing in data from the data cache according to the virtual address.
