A protease substrate sequence of a cytoplasm tail region of a chimeric envelope is optimally designed to obtain a series of novel chimeric envelope structures, the obtained envelope structures are used for pseudotyping a lentiviral vector carrying a CAR gene, and compared with reported chimeric envelope BaEVTR or BaEVRless, the chimeric envelope has the advantages that the efficiency is high, and the cost is low. The lentiviral vector with the pseudotyped envelope structure has higher virus titer, the toxicity to packaging cells is not obviously increased, and even the toxicity is weak.
