Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a characterization method for in-situ opening performance of deep tectonic fractures and a storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of tectonic fractures in oil exploration. The method comprises the following steps: selecting and preparing a plunger sample, and judging the bridging development condition of a crack filler of the plunger sample; if the fracture filler of the plunger sample has the bridging condition, determining the bridging mineral type of the fracture filler; calculating a fracture filler growth index based on the bridging mineral type of the fracture filler; and based on the fracture static opening degree and the fracture filler growth index, the fracture opening history is analyzed, and the fracture in-situ opening degree is determined. According to the method, the problems of uncertainty and multiplicity of solutions of a comprehensive geological analysis method and an inclusion uniform temperature method are solved, the problem of crack opening degree judg
