Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method and system for determining the flat top position of flat-top laser, and the method comprises the steps: enabling the flat-top laser generated by a laser generation device to sequentially penetrate through a diaphragm hole of a diaphragm and a lens, and enabling the diaphragm hole of the diaphragm to be imaged on an imaging device; adjusting a first distance between a diaphragm hole of the diaphragm and the lens to a preset value; and a second distance between the lens and the imaging device is adjusted, so that the imaging of the diaphragm hole accords with the target definition, and the position, corresponding to the imaging device, of the diaphragm hole which accords with the target definition serves as the flat-topped position of the flat-topped laser. According to the technical scheme, the efficiency of determining the flat-topped position of the flat-topped laser can be improved.
