Application of cannabidiol in preparation of radiotherapy sensitizing medicine

The invention relates to the field of medicines, in particular to application of cannabidiol in preparation of a tumor radiotherapy sensitizing medicine. Experimental results show that cannabidiol can significantly increase the death number of cancer cells, tumor-bearing capacity of mice of an irradiation and cannabidiol combined treatment group is significantly reduced compared with that of mice of a non-irradiation group and a pure irradiation group, and the average weight of tumors is significantly light; the size of the cecum tumor of the mice in the combined treatment group is obviously reduced compared with that of tumor-bearing mice in the non-irradiation group and the pure irradiation group. According to the novel application of cannabidiol in preparation of the radiotherapy sensitizing medicine, cannabidiol can remarkably improve the radiotherapy sensitivity of colon cancer cells under the concentration without toxic and side effects. 本发明涉及药物领域，具体是大麻二酚在制备肿瘤放疗增敏药物中的应用。本发明实验结果显示，大麻二酚能显著增加癌细胞死亡数量，照射及大麻二
