The glycosylation staining index L-PHA level of cancer and para-cancer tissues in multiple non-small cell lung cancer clinical samples is investigated and researched to find that the glycosylation level of tumor tissues is high, then immunohistochemical analysis is performed on the GFPT2 expression condition of the samples to find that the immunofluorescence intensity of the tumor tissues L-PHA with high GFPT2 expression is also high, and the immunofluorescence intensity of the tumor tissues L-PHA with high GFPT2 expression and the immunofluorescence intensity of the tumor tissues L-PHA with high GFPT2 expression show correlation; the correlation between the GFPT2 and the tumor progression is continuously analyzed subsequently, and it is found that the bad prognosis of the tumor patient can be predicted through the expression leve |
