Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for separating and purifying waste solid ammonium chloride in paraquat production. The method comprises five working sections of dissolution and oxidation, adsorption, reduced pressure distillation and recrystallization. In the dissolving and oxidizing section, an iron salt flocculant is added and heated to oxidize and decompose part of organic matters in the waste solid ammonium chloride, and flocculate is removed through filtration. In the adsorption section, organic matters are further removed through activated carbon adsorption and column passing. In the reduced pressure distillation section, most of water is removed, ammonium chloride is fully separated out through recrystallization with 95% ethanol aqueous solution, suction filtration is performed, and high-purity ammonium chloride is obtained.
