Formulations for stabilizing p53 antibodies and methods of use thereof

Disclosed herein are formulations for stabilizing a P53 antibody and methods of using the same. In the application, the preparation comprises at least one of sugar, an anti-freezing agent, bovine serum albumin, a solubilizer and a preservative. Compared with a commercially available antibody stabilizer, the preparation provided by the invention has a better stabilizing effect on a P53 antibody, especially a stabilizing effect at a high temperature; according to the preparation provided by the invention, high-concentration protein concentration is not needed, the cost is lower, the operation is simpler, the low-concentration P53 antibody can be directly preserved at normal temperature while the activity of the P53 antibody is maintained, and the damage of repeated freezing and thawing to the protein activity is reduced. 本申请公开了一种用于使P53抗体稳定的制剂及其使用方法。本申请中，所述制剂包括：糖、防冻剂、牛血清白蛋白、增溶剂、防腐剂中至少一种。本申请中提供的制剂，相比市售的抗体稳定剂，对P53抗体的稳定效果尤其是高温下稳定效果更好；本申请中提供的制剂，不需要高浓度浓缩蛋白质，成本更低，操作更简单，常温下使可直接保存低浓度的P53抗体同时维持其活性，减少反复冻融对蛋白活性的损伤。
