The method comprises the following steps: dissolving metal inorganic salt powder, adding a chelating agent, drying and calcining to obtain amorphous metal oxide precursor powder, and carrying out electromagnetic induction heating on the precursor powder to obtain the required multi-element perovskite oxide nanocrystalline material.
