An extrusion rod and a grinding bump are arranged at the bottom of the grinding extrusion disc, a grinding base plate is arranged below the grinding extrusion disc in the granulation box, a plurality of grinding holes corresponding to the extrusion rod are formed in the grinding base plate, a baffle is rotationally arranged at the lower part of the grinding base plate, and the grinding holes are opened or closed in the rotating process of the baffle; a runner is arranged on the crushing shaft and is connected with an air heat
