The invention provides a system, a control device and a control method. A system according to the present disclosure includes a vehicle and a control device, in which the vehicle is provided with: a reception unit that receives an instruction relating to remote control from the control device; a vehicle control unit that executes either a first vehicle control based on an instruction relating to the remote control or a second vehicle control different from the first vehicle control, the second vehicle control being determined by the vehicle itself in accordance with the traveling environment; and a transmission unit that notifies the control device of a predetermined control result when the second vehicle control is executed by the vehicle control unit, the control device being provided with a remote control unit, the transmission unit, and a reception unit, the remote control unit of the control device being configured to transmit the control result to the control device when the control result is notified f
