Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a construction method of a two-dimensional nanosheet loaded copper metal particle-based ultra-smooth film, which comprises the following steps of: performing in-situ dissociation on a two-dimensional block material through plasma, and depositing copper particles on the surface of the dissociated and thinned two-dimensional block material by using a magnetron sputtering method to form a two-dimensional nanosheet loaded with the copper particles; a flexible polymer is combined on the surface of a two-dimensional nanosheet loaded with copper particles, finally, the flexible polymer is used as a spraying material to be sprayed on the surface of a matrix to obtain the ultra-smooth thin film, and the ultra-smooth thin film is based on construction of a copper metal/two-dimensional nano material heterogeneous matching pair on a friction interface, so that low adhesive force is achieved; meanwhile, the friction force induces crystal clusters gathered by copper metal particles to form a self-mig |
