Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of biogenic amine detection, in particular to a method for detecting biogenic amine in an aquatic product, which comprises the following steps: extracting biogenic amine from the aquatic product to prepare a biogenic amine solution, and deriving the biogenic amine solution to prepare a derived solution; the biogenic amine in the derivative solution is extracted by using the modified solid-phase microextraction fiber, and then the extracted biogenic amine is subjected to thermal desorption and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Wherein the modified solid phase microextraction fiber is a metal fiber coated with a modified extraction material, and the modified extraction material comprises MCM-41, titanium hydrogen phosphate and methyltriethoxysilane according to a weight ratio of (1 to 1.2): (0.9 to 1.1): (1.7 to 2.2). The method has the effect of improving the extraction effect on the biogenic amine so as to improve the detection precision.
