In the packaging state, the guide rails are provided with isolation blocks for preventing the photovoltaic panels from colliding with one another, buffering and damping effects are effectively provided for the photovoltaic panels through buffering pads on the surfaces of the isolation blocks and buffering materials of the top plate, wedge-shaped push rods are further inserted into the fork discs, the wedge-shaped push rods are gradually inserted into the guide rails to sequentially push all wedge-shaped shifting rods to turn up the isolation blocks, and then the photovoltaic panels are packaged. The photovoltaic panels are clamped one by one through the wedge-shaped push rod in cooperation with the clamping assembly so that unloading can be completed, in the rec
