LED light-emitting device

The invention provides an LED light-emitting device capable of improving reliability. The LED light-emitting device comprises: a mounting substrate having a base, a reflective layer containing silver and laminated on the base, and a multilayer reflective film laminated on the reflective layer; an LED chip that emits blue light and is mounted on the light emitting region on the mounting substrate; a sealing resin which contains phosphor particles and seals the LED chip and the surface of the mounting substrate in the light-emitting region; and a DBR layer disposed on the lower surface of the LED chip and blocking at least a portion of the blue light emitted from the LED chip, the multilayer reflective film including a TiO2 layer and a SiO2 layer.
