The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving a lithium salt, an additive, a cross-linking agent monomer and a thermal initiator in an organic solvent, uniformly stirring to obtain an in-situ polymerization gel electrolyte precursor solution, and initiating a cross-linking polymerization reaction under a heating condition to obtain the in-situ polymerization gel electrolyte.
