Comprising the following steps: expanding ultraviolet laser into light-dark stripe light by using an optical element, and projecting the light to the surface of a measured solid; the method comprises the following steps: exciting a phosphorescent coating coated on the surface of a detected solid by utilizing striped ultraviolet light, and inducing the phosphorescent coating to generate a striped phosphorescent signal; a digital image acquisition device is used for acquiring phosphorescence signal images under different characteristic wavelengths, and a solid surface three-dimensional temperature field is measured and reconstructed based on the temperature sensitivity of phosphorescence signals and solid geometric information contained in fringe phase distribution.
