The temperature control system comprises a controller, heating wires and feedback thermocouples, wherein the heating wires and the feedback thermocouples are arranged in each heating cavity of the reflow oven; the heating wire in each heating cavity is connected with a controller, and the feedback thermocouple in each heating cavity is connected with the controller; the temperature control system further comprises a blocking device arranged at the inlet of the reflow furnace and a product sensing sensor arranged at the inlet of the reflow furnace.
