Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an elastic clamp and a vehicle, the elastic clamp is used for the vehicle, a first part of the vehicle is installed on a second part of the vehicle, and the elastic clamp comprises a base and an elastic piece. The base is suitable for being supported on a second component and suitable for being connected with the second component, the elastic piece is arranged on the base and comprises a clamping piece and a fixing piece which are oppositely arranged, one end of the clamping piece is connected with one end of the fixing piece, the other end of the clamping piece and the other end of the fixing piece form a clamping opening, and the fixing piece is connected with the base.
