Two sets of symmetrical taper tracks are arranged on the boring rod, one set of taper track is in sliding fit with a taper hole machining assembly in the length direction of the taper track, and the other set of taper track is in sliding fit with a milling groove machining assembly in the length direction of the taper track; the taper hole machining assembly is connected with a boring hole feeding assembly used for controlling the taper hole machining assembly to slide along the corresponding taper track.
