The cold atom interferometer comprises a Raman laser lens group, a first liquid crystal assembly, a cold atom group, a second liquid crystal assembly, an attitude sensor and a control assembly, the attitude sensor measures attitude information of the cold atom interferometer; the control assembly outputs a first refraction angle control signal and a second refraction angle control signal according to the attitude information; the Raman laser lens group emits parallel Raman laser towards the first liquid crystal component; the first liquid crystal assembly transmits or reflects the Raman laser, and the Raman laser is controlled to be transmitted to the cold atomic group and the second liquid crystal assembly in the vertical direction according to the first refraction angle control signal; and the second liquid crystal assembly controls the Raman laser to be reflected along the original path according to the second refracti
