Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a platinum-tungsten alloy and a preparation method and application thereof. The content of metal tungsten in the platinum-tungsten alloy is 0.1 to 5 weight percent. The preparation method comprises the following steps that (1) metal tungsten and metal platinum are mixed according to the formula ratio, then vacuum melting and casting are conducted in sequence, and a cast ingot is obtained; and (2) the cast ingot obtained in the step (1) is sequentially subjected to homogenization treatment, hot forging, quenching and cold rolling, and the platinum-tungsten alloy is obtained. The platinum-tungsten alloy provided by the invention has the characteristics of high hardness and graceful color and luster, is suitable for preparing platinum jewelry, and is particularly suitable for preparing platinum necklaces.
本发明提供了一种铂钨合金及其制备方法与应用。所述铂钨合金中金属钨的含量为0.1~5wt%。所述制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)按配方量混合金属钨和金属铂,而后依次进行真空熔炼和浇铸,得到铸锭;(2)对步骤(1)所得铸锭依次进行均匀化处理、热锻、淬火和冷轧,得到铂钨合金。本发明提供的铂钨合金具备硬度大、色泽优美的特点,适用于铂金首饰的制备,尤其适用于铂金项链的制备。 |
