The method comprises the following steps: providing a to-be-detected particulate matter solution sample; providing a charged metal nano material, wherein the charge of the metal nano material is opposite to that of the detected particulate matter; uniformly mixing the tested particulate matter solution sample with the metal nano material to obtain a mixed solution; and performing Raman detection on the mixed solution.
