The vehicle control method comprises the steps that when a vehicle accelerates, the actual vehicle speed and the target vehicle speed of the vehicle at the current moment are obtained; determining the target torque of the vehicle according to the actual vehicle speed; if the difference value between the target vehicle speed and the actual vehicle speed is not smaller than the vehicle speed threshold value, controlling a motor of the vehicle to output target torque; if the difference value between the target vehicle speed and the actual vehicle speed is smaller than the vehicle speed threshold value, controlling the torque output by a motor of the vehicle not to be larger than the target torque. If the difference value between the target vehicle speed and the actual vehicle speed of the vehicle is smaller than the vehicle speed threshold value, the running resistance of the vehicle is small, the torque output by
