The laser discharge cavity inner surface coating structure comprises an inner coating laid on the inner surface of a discharge cavity body; the outer plating layer is laid on the outer side of the inner plating layer; the inner plating layer is a Ni-Cu-P plating layer; and the outer plating layer is a Ni-P plating layer. According to the invention, a Ni-Cu-P/Ni-P double-layer amorphous coating is plated on the inner surface of a cavity body of a laser discharge cavity through a chemical nickel plating technology.
