Quick-drying perfume composition

The present invention relates to a quick-drying perfume composition comprising at least 70% of one or more quick-evaporating solvents and less than 5% of one or more active ingredients. In some embodiments of the present invention, the solvent is selected from the group consisting of: ethanol, ethyl butyrate, ethyl acetate, isopropanol, 1-propanol, 1-pentanol, aromatic or aliphatic aldehydes having six or less C atoms, or fatty alcohols having six or less C atoms, 3-methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol, pentyl acetate, 1-pentanol, 2-methyl-1-butanol, 2-pentanol, 3-methyl-2-butanol, isoamyl alcohol, butyl acetate, and the balance of a solvent selected from the group consisting of ethanol, ethyl butyrate, ethyl acetate, isopropanol, 1-propanol, 1-pentanol, aromatic or aliphatic aldehydes having six or less C atoms, or fatty alcohols having six or less C atoms; the invention relates to a silicone oil composition, which is prepared from butyl methyl ether, coconut alkane, coconut octoate/caprate, ethyl lactate, ethylene gl
